Curtis Ivery

Chancellor, Wayne County Community College District

Curtis Ivery is the chancellor of Wayne County Community College District. In his role, he has transformed the largest urban community college district in the state into six-campuses that includes two special campuses: Mary Ellen Stempfle University Center and Michigan Institute for Public Safety Education.

He serves on numerous local, state and national organizations and boards and chairs the American Association of Community Colleges and the Commission on Economic & Workforce Development. Ivery has published more than 600 articles in several national publications and authored many parenting books.
