Henry Ford Community College

Student ID = “HANK ID” 7-digit number

  • Located in all HFC documents – including acceptance letter/email
  • If the number is less than 7-digits, add the necessary number of zeros to the beginning of the number until it reaches 7 (example: 123456 becomes 0123456)
  • If you are unable to locate your HANK ID, contact the Office of Registration and Records for help

Activating “WebAdvisor” account

(online instructions: https://www.hfcc.edu/current-students/webadvisor)

  • Find your User ID – Go to the WebAdvisor home page: https://my.hfcc.edu/WebAdvisor/WebAdvisor
    • Scroll down and click “students”
    • Click “What’s my User ID?”
    • Scroll to bottom of page and type in your last name and social security number or HANK ID to retrieve your User ID (it is usually your first initial, middle initial, and last name – a number may have been added if that username already exists)
  • Set your password – Go to the WebAdvisor home page: https://my.hfcc.edu/WebAdvisor/WebAdvisor
    • Scroll down and click “students”
    • Click “What’s my Password?”
    • Fill in the form – you will need:
      • User ID (labeled “Login ID” on the form)
      • HANK ID
      • Last Name
      • Last 4 digits of your social securing number (SSN)
    • Follow instructions to set your password
  • Go to the home page: https://my.hfcc.edu/WebAdvisor/WebAdvisor
    • Scroll down and click: “Students”
    • Click “Log In” at the top of the page
    • Fill in your User ID and Password to activate your account

Oakland Community College

Finding Your Student ID Number

  • Located in your acceptance letter/email
  • Log on to your MyOCC profile at the MyOCC login page:
    • Go to “My Profile” and click “Academic Profile”

Activating “MyOCC” Account

  • Find your User ID – Go to the MyOCC login page:
    • Click “What is my User Name?”
    • Scroll down to the bottom of the page – type in your last name and either your social security number (SSN) or your OCC ID
  • Set your Password – Go to the MyOCC login page:
    • Click “What’s my Password?”
    • Click “What’s my initial password?”
    • Read the instructions and then click “Log in to MyOCC”

Macomb County Community College

Finding Your Student ID Number

  • Located in your acceptance letter/email

Activating “My Macomb” Account

  • Go to the “My Macomb” homepage
  • Scroll to the bottom right and click “Activate My Macomb Account – First Time User”
  • Follow instructions to fill out a verification code – this code will automatically appear in a box and is a security check
  • Enter your User ID (same as your Student ID number) and Last Name then click “Activate”
    • If you have been unable to find your Student ID number, return to the “My Macomb” homepage and click “Forgot My User ID”
    • Fill out the verification code provided on the screen, as a security check
    • Enter your last name and the last six digits of your social security number and click “Search”
  • For help go to the Student Technical Support page
  • Set up “My Macomb” account:
    • “‘My Macomb’ is Macomb Community College’s electronic student service site. Students must wait for their admission letter or email in order to activate their My Macomb account.”

Finding Your Student ID Number

  • Located in your acceptance letter/email
  1. The User ID will be on their mailed acceptance letter
  2. Navigate to this page in Webadvisor
    1. https://webadvisor.schoolcraft.edu/sc/WebAdvisor?TOKENIDX=8626640529&SS=1&APP=CORE&CONSTITUENCY=WBDF
    2. On this page, they can search their User Id by entering their Last Name and SSN
  • “All credit students will be assigned a SCmail account within 24 hours of applying for admission. You can set up the Schoolcraft College e-mail account to automatically forward message to a personal email account of your choice.”
  • The email username is the first initial plus the 7-digit Student ID #

Wayne County Community College

Finding Your Student ID Number

  • Located in your acceptance email
  • “After your completed application has been received, you will receive an email with your official WCCCD Student ID number, PIN.”
  • “Enter your Wayne County Community College District Student Identification Number in the box next to User ID.  Please Note: This is a 9 (nine) digit code beginning with the letter A.   (i.e. A———). This identification will be provided to you after your completed admission application has been received.”
