Guests staying at Grand Hotel will get luggage tags at the dock. Grand Hotel will transfer your luggage to your room in a timely manner. There is a one-time charge of $7.50 per person for transfer of luggage from the dock to the hotel and return. Please note that your room may not be available for occupancy until 4 p.m. Guests will settle their bills with Grand Hotel at checkout, which is at 11 a.m. Grand Hotel will add a gratuity of 19.5% and 6% sales tax to the posted rates. Beginning in 2011, all rooms are subject to a 2% Mackinac Island Assessment for the Mackinac Island Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Taxi tickets are available for purchase at the Grand Hotel front desk. Driver gratuity is always appreciated.

If you will be arriving late (after 6 p.m.) you must call the hotel at 906.847.3331 for a late arrival. Otherwise the room will NOT be held for you.

Please note that during the Mackinac Policy Conference, Grand Hotel properties are only open to Conference attendees. Roommates must be registered for the Conference.

Rates are all per person, per day and include breakfast, lunch (Wednesday and Thursday) and dinner. One full room charge is required as a deposit.
