Plante Moran Global Services Breakfast Event to Address Mexico’s Economic, Political and Security Outlook for 2012 Speakers include Representatives from U.S. Mexico Chamber of Commerce, Consul General of Mexico in Detroit and Attorney General’s Office in Washington Auburn Hills, MI – February 17, 2012 - Plante Moran, PLLC, one of the nation’s largest public accounting and business advisory firms, announces the Plante Moran Global Services team will present an overview of Mexico’s business outlook for 2012 on Wednesday, February 29th at the firm’s Auburn Hills office. The event will kick off with an introduction by Vincent Sanchez Ventura, Consul General of Mexico in Detroit, followed by an overview of the Mexican economy with Miguel Angel Leaman, Trade Commissioner of Mexico in Chicago. Ralph Biedermann, President, U.S. Mexico Chamber of Commerce, will speak on IMMEX, manufacturing and investment opportunities in Mexico; Guillermo Fonseca, Attorney General’s Office Representative in Washington, will discuss security issues in Mexico and the fight against organized crime; and Plante Moran Global Services Partner Scott Sneckenberger will provide a legal and fiscal update. The morning will conclude with an opportunity for questions and open discussion. There is no charge to attend the event, but preregistration is required.
