Dickinson Wright Attorney Edward H. Pappas Named to National Law Journal’s ADR Trailblazers List

Mr. Pappas is Chairman of Dickinson Wright and is a Member in the firm’s Troy office. He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial and business litigation, arbitration and mediation. Mr. Pappas is a Fellow in the International Society of Barristers, the Litigation Counsel of America, and the American College of Civil Trial Mediators. Attorneys Ken Hodson & Anna Maiuri Named to National Law Journal’s Energy & Environment Trailblazers List

Mr. Hodson is a Member in the firm’s Phoenix office. He has broad experience in federal Superfund matters, environmental due diligence, hazardous waste, underground storage tanks, NEPA and other federal, state and local regulatory matters. Mr. Hodson has negotiated Prospective Purchaser Agreements on behalf of both public and private sector clients. He served as the Chairman of the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Section of the Arizona State Bar. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America as a leader in his field. In May, Mr. Hodson will host a seminar with the Salt River Project and Arizona State University’s Continuing Legal Education Program titled “The Wildfire Menace – Will the West Learn or Burn?”. Ms. Maiuri is a Member in the firm’s Troy office. She is particularly experienced in helping utility companies and manufacturers achieve regulatory compliance through effective negotiations with governmental regulators that result in cost-effective strategies that fulfill both the client’s and the regulator’s needs. She is Co-Chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Oakland County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
