On Thursday, March 18, the Chamber brought together city and local leaders for Advocacy in Action: The Big Four, a discussion about the region’s biggest economic issues. Joining the conversation were David Coulter, executive for Oakland County, Mike Duggan, mayor of the City of Detroit, Warren Evans, executive for Wayne County, and Mark Hackel, executive for Macomb County. Learn More About Grow Detroit Young Talent Program

Grow Detroit’s Young Talent (GDYT) is a city-wide summer job and training program that employs young adults between the ages of 14 and 24 for 120 hours. Youth participants are permanent residents of Detroit and have completed an application and registration process to become eligible along with work readiness training. Learn how to get involved.
