9th annual Mark Solomon Tax Symposium returns to Walsh College

The ninth annual Mark Solomon Tax Symposium will return to Walsh College on Tuesday, November 30 from 1-5 p.m. Industry professionals will gather to discuss emerging tax issues, cryptocurrency, tax trends in real estate, and more. Industry professionals will gather to discuss pressing topics in taxation in preparation for the 2022 compliance season.

Please join us to take a deeper dive into some recent hot topics in the tax world as we prepare for the upcoming 2022 compliance season.

• Discuss emerging tax issues and their application to individuals and entities.
• Review the impact of cryptocurrency and online betting on individual income tax compliance
• Discuss pass-through shareholder issues for GILTI compliance and planning
• Review tax trends in the real estate industry

Attendees will receive up to four hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE).

The symposium is named in honor of Mark Solomon, the late professor of taxation and business law and director of the Mark Solomon Tax Research Center at Walsh College.
