Vice President, Ford, FCA and GM Business Units, Faurecia North America

As the vice president of the Ford Motor Company, FCA and General Motors business units for Faurecia North America, Ana Almeida manages more than $1 billion in sales for the “Big Three” OEM accounts and leads regional and global multifunctional teams.

Internally, Almeida leads business transformation to increase profit and customer satisfaction by aligning the organization’s resources and goals, developing solution-driven teams, sharpening work processes and improving program management. She is responsible for growing global revenue with Ford Motor Company, General Motors and FCA USLLC.

Almeida earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and also earned an engineering degree.
