Andi Owen

President and CEO, Herman Miller, Inc.

Andi Owen is the CEO and member of the Board of Directors for Herman Miller, Inc., a globally recognized design and innovation company. Owen was appointed president and CEO in August 2018 and oversees the company’s aggressive growth strategy to reach untapped market potential around the world.

Prior to this role, Owen had a 25-year career with Gap, Inc., serving as global president of Banana Republic from 2014 to 2017 where she held full P&L responsibility for the $2.8 billion brand, leading 11,000 employees in more than 600 specialty and outlet stores across 27 countries.

Owen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of William and Mary and completed Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program. She also completed Harvard’s intensive, first-of-its-kind course, Women on Boards: Succeeding as a Corporate Director.

Owen is a member of the Board of Directors for Taylor Morrison Home Corporation, and serves as a member of the BIFMA Board, The Right Place, Inc., Business Leaders for Michigan, and the Herman Miller Foundation.
