Klotz will offer insight on The Department of Labor’s final regulations changing the Fair Labor Standard Act’s overtime pay rules during a complimentary breakfast briefing from 8 to 10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at Walsh College, located at 3838 Livernois Road in Troy.

They will discuss how the final overtime pay rules differ from the proposed regulations and what employers will need to do in advance to comply with the final regulations that take effect on December 1, 2016, This program is designed for human resources managers, business owners, in-house attorneys, and anyone involved in human resources or employment issues.

Rebecca S. Davies

She concentrates her practice primarily in the areas of employment law and commercial litigation. Davies represents employers in federal and state court litigation and before state and federal administrative agencies.
