Lloyd provides thought leadership on multi-year evaluation contracts, international research projects, custom-design quantitative and qualitative research studies, and leadership and management consulting projects. She also leads Gallup’s Human Research Protections Program. Lloyd’s areas of expertise include criminal justice, community preparedness and resilience, workplace and worker rights issues, and program and policy evaluation.
Before joining Gallup, Lloyd worked as a research professor at George Mason University. She has co-authored several book chapters on best practices in juvenile justice education and the Police Quarterly article “Procedural Justice, Police Legitimacy, and Helping the Police Fight Crime: Results from a Survey of Jamaican Adolescents.” Lloyd is also a member of Public Responsibility in Medicine and Research.
