Colleen Haley 2011As executive vice president of the U.S. OEM Business Unit, Colleen Haley is responsible for overseeing the Ford, General Motors and Chrysler business. She is responsible for design and development, quality, profitability and business planning for future opportunities, including those related to Yazaki’s global commercial strategy.

During her time at Yazaki, she served as president of the General Motors Business Unit, Ford Business Unit, and commercial vehicle segment. Her experience with Yazaki also includes vice president of purchasing and quality, and human resources.

Prior to joining Yazaki, Haley held several management positions with Alcoa and its subsidiary, Alcoa Fujikura Limited. She was a 2008 Inforum Inner Circle Honoree, a 2010 Automotive News 100 Leading Women awardee, and is a member of the Michigan State University School of Labor and Industrial Relations Alumni Advisory Board. She is a founding member of Inforum’s AutomotiveNEXT, and a member of the District Improvement Committee for Chelsea Schools. Haley holds a seat on the Board of the Detroit Regional Chamber, serving as chair of the Compensation Committee. She has a Bachelor of Psychology and a Master of Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University.
