This week the Chamber is excited to feature Franco. The team quickly pivoted its content strategy to serve as a resource center for businesses that needed communications support during the pandemic. They developed playbooks, checklists, and how-to’s to help businesses recover and improve operations amid COVID-19 challenges. Resource topics have included preparing for a crisis, reflecting on internal communications while virtual, crafting media pitches with sensitivity and relevance in mind, and more.
