Jasmin DeForrest

Director, Community Sponsorship and Special Projects, Quicken Loans Family of Companies

Jasmin DeForrest is director of community sponsorship and special projects for Quicken Loans Family of Companies. She is responsible for managing a portfolio of Detroit-based event and program partnerships that attract thousands of new visitors while bringing together diverse cultures and communities.

DeForrest joined Quicken Loans in 2015, and has since assisted in the activation of monumental productions such as the Detroit Jazz Festival, Movement Music Festival, and the North American International Auto Show. Prior to joining Rock Ventures, DeForrest spent nearly a decade with The Parade Company as the director of special events, where she was awarded gold International Festival and Events Association (IFEA) Pinnacle Award for three of her programs, and the Michigan Chronicle’s “40 Under 40” designation.

DeForrest received her bachelor’s degree in marketing management from Wayne State University. In 2017, she was selected to participate in Harvard Business School’s Young American Leaders Program.
