kathryn levineKathryn G. Levine is vice president of corporate marketing and customer experience for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) and leads customer experience, marketing strategy, digital strategy, market research and consumer insights.

Levine was named to her present position in 2011. She was previously vice president of corporate marketing and product. In this role she combined her marketing expertise and product development experience to establish a coordinated, market-focused product launch process and delivered innovative products such as Healthy Blue Outcomes, a health incentive product that rewards members for achieving specific health outcomes and the very successful Simply Blue, a product aimed at maintaining comprehensive coverage while addressing affordability.

Levine joined the Michigan Blues in 2004 as director of BCN Advantage, a Medicare Advantage product, developing it from legislation to market in 15 months. Prior to joining the Michigan Blues she was vice president of Collins Consulting and was a director with Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield in New York.

Levine earned her master’s degree in public health from Yale University.
