Office Depot, Office Max Merger to be Complete by Year End

Office Depot and OfficeMax recently announced their impending merger, bringing together two leading brands and creating a stronger, more efficient global provider of office products, services and solutions. The Detroit Regional Chamber has long partnered with Office Depot to provide exclusive savings for member businesses, which will continue as this merger takes place.

The merger is expected to be complete by the end of 2013 and will ultimately offer customers enhanced offerings and greater productivity.
