His consulting philosophy, whether it be in a business-to-business or a business-to-consumer setting, is to put the customer/consumer at the center of the consulting analysis.  This approach works with clients to design and deliver the right experience to maximize customer lifetime value. His strategy and operations background while focused today on the health care industry today has addressed opportunities in the service and manufacturing disciplines in North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

His work experiences range from establishing strategy for Global 100 clients to combat planning as a military pilot. D’Alessandro has led experience design (xD) initiatives everywhere from Johannesburg General Hospital to Wall Street.

D’Alessandro holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science degree in computer science from the University of California, Los Angeles. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in aerospace engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and has landed on an aircraft carrier 212 times (ask him about that “experience”).
