Rehmann promotes Tony DiVito to principal in Farmington Hills

Rehmann has promoted Tony DiVito, CPA, to principal in its Farmington Hills location. DiVito specializes in small business consulting, with an emphasis on accounting software analysis, tax preparation, fraud investigation and internal controls.

After a business combination between Rehmann and Boyes, Wright, Pittman & Co., PLLC, DiVito joined the Firm in 2007. He also possesses expertise in Form 1099 reporting, worker classification and payroll taxes.

DiVito holds a bachelor’s degree with concentrations in professional accounting and information systems and a master’s degree in computer information systems from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner, a Certified Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor and an Intacct Certified Services Provider. Additionally, DiVito serves as treasurer of the southeast Michigan chapter of the Weston A. Price Foundation.
