Sam Cummings is the principal and managing partner of CWD Real Estate Investment, a full-service investment firm specializing in commercial real estate throughout Grand Rapids and West Michigan. He directs the firm’s daily operations and oversees the management of the company’s assets.
Cummings is a veteran in the real estate industry, with more than 20 years of experience as a partner and principal in investments and operational and management entities. Prior to forming CWD, he was a founding principal and president of Second Story Properties, a real estate development, investment and management firm that led the charge in reusing properties in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Cummings has a bachelor’s degree in business and English from Calvin College.
