Stephanie Comai is director of the Talent Investment Agency for the state of Michigan, where she directs the initiatives of the state’s workforce development programs and the Unemployment Insurance Agency, and serves as a top adviser to the governor on talent and workforce issues.
Prior to being named director, Comai served as deputy director at the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, overseeing employment, security and workplace safety. She also previously served as director of revenue and partnership enhancement for the Michigan Department of Human Services. She chaired the State Management Issues Committee for Gov. Snyder’s Transition Office in 2010.
