Tony Goldman and Former D.C. Mayor Anthony Williams to Keynote Detroit Regional Chamber’s First Ever Detroit Business Conference, April 24

DETROIT, April 9, 2012 – For the first time in its history, the Detroit Regional Chamber is hosting a Detroit-based business conference bringing together corporate executives, community leaders and small business owners to help entrepreneurs across the city.

The Detroit Business Conference is designed to inspire investment and innovation in the city. Attendees will discover various types of business investments currently making an impact in Detroit, discuss issues affecting the economic turnaround of the city and learn the role businesses can play in building a strong urban center for Michigan. Among the list of more than 40 speakers and panelists are former Mayor of Washington, D.C. Anthony Williams and Detroit Deputy Mayor Kirk Lewis.

Registration for attendees opens at 7:30 a.m., with programming beginning promptly at 8:30 a.m.
