Mackinac Future Leaders

The Mackinac Future Leaders  program offers a limited number of partial registration scholarships to the Mackinac Policy Conference to entrepreneurs and up-and-coming leaders in their 20s and 30s making significant contributions to their business, industry, or community, and who would be attending the Conference for the first time.

Recipients of these scholarships are forward-thinking professionals who make an impact in their organization and community, showing future promise in leading initiatives. These individuals welcome change, view challenges as opportunities, and continue to influence everything they approach with fresh ideas and innovative thinking.

Program Details

Mackinac Future Leaders will have full access to all Conference sessions and activities at the reduced rate of $1,600 (compared to the standard future member rate of $5,200). In addition, there will be private receptions with Conference speakers and exclusive networking opportunities.

Individuals who are selected to participate must attend all Mackinac Future Leaders programming. Failure to participate may result in the individual’s company being ineligible for future scholarships.

A limited number of rooms are on hold for Mackinac Future Leaders. Room rates are approximately $460 per night; a three-night minimum stay is required. Additional fees may apply. Once an application is approved, more information will be sent to the Mackinac Future Leader to complete their Conference registration and access the designated room block. Mackinac Future Leaders are not required to use the rooms in this block.

Please note, no refunds will be granted for registration cancelations or no-shows. Past Mackinac Policy Conference attendees are not eligible.

Mackinac Future Leaders is awarded to individuals based on merit and availability.
