2022 Vaccine Policy

Attendee Health and Safety

Vaccinations or PCR Test Required to Attend

Conference participants are required to have a full COVID-19 vaccination or submit a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken no more than 72-hours prior to the attendee’s arrival at the Conference Registration Desk inside Grand Hotel. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention defines “fully vaccinated” as two weeks after receiving a second shot of a two-dose vaccine, or two weeks after the single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

CLEAR Health Pass

CLEAR Health Pass, a best-in-class health screening platform, will be used to confirm attendees’ proof of vaccination or negative PCR test results.

Attendees will be asked to download the CLEAR app and enroll the first week of April. There is no cost to registrants for enrolling in CLEAR Health Pass. Conference attendees will be required to show their CLEAR Health Pass upon arrival to receive Conference credentials.

For vaccinated attendees, the deadline to complete the CLEAR Health Pass is Friday, May 20.

For those utilizing the PCR testing option, a test will need to be taken no more than 72 hours prior to the attendee’s arrival at the Conference Registration Desk inside Grand Hotel. The negative test result must be uploaded to the CLEAR Health Pass app by the time of arrival.

Cancellation and Refund Details

Attendees must complete their CLEAR Health Pass by Friday, May 20. After May 20, Conference registration for individuals not completing CLEAR will be canceled with no refund. To receive a refund minus a 10% fee, individuals must request a refund by Friday, April 29.

If you no longer wish to attend the 2022 Conference due to the Chamber’s decision to add PCR testing to the Conference health and safety protocols, you are eligible for a full refund until 5 p.m. on Monday, April 25. After Monday, April 25, refunds are subject to a 10% cancellation fee through Friday, April 29. After Friday, April 29, cancellations will not be accepted.
