Lessons in Leadership (May 13)

This session will invite participants to reflect on the relationships, experiences, and lessons developed throughout the year while exploring what authentic leadership looks like in practice. Through conversations centered on storytelling, vulnerability, collaboration, and leadership through challenges, participants will engage in discussions and exercises designed to connect the themes explored across each session and consider how those lessons can continue to shape their personal and professional leadership journeys moving forward.

The session will also provide space for reflection, connection, and celebration as the cohort looks ahead to life as Leadership Detroit alumni and the lasting impact they hope to create throughout the Detroit Region.
