John Karren

John Karren is a partner at PwC focusing on advisory services and management consulting. He has 20 years of experience in human capital consulting in the areas of talent management, organization design, performance management, change management, communications and training. Karren specializes in leading people-related initiatives for transformational programs and restructuring, which align an organization’s strategy through managing its workforce capabilities toward improved organization performance and cost management.

Karren consults on large, multinational organizational assessments, implementations and learning initiatives geared to advance organizational changes, embed new culture and drive effective transitions in a restructuring environment. These large-scale change efforts include managing high performing cross-functional and geographically diverse teams in human resources, IT, finance and shared services.  In addition to his client service duties, Karren develops PwC’s organization design and workforce strategy capabilities and is a founding member of its global Organization Design leadership team.
