What are the different membership levels?

There are several levels of membership – signature, premier, and general — which offer various benefit packages per membership tier. The higher the level, the more access, engagement opportunities and benefits. View a full breakdown of all membership levels.

Why would my company benefit from becoming a Chamber member? 

Companies of all sizes and type can benefit from a Chamber membership. As the voice for business in the 11-county Southeast Michigan region, a Chamber membership supports creating a business friendly climate and value for members. How do I maximize my Chamber membership?

  • Networking and Convening: Identify and attend Chamber events for networking opportunities and business growth. Yearly, the Chamber hosts more than 60 events, featuring a robust schedule of unique and thoughtful programming reflective of the business community’s most relevant issues. Members receive member-pricing for all events and access to select member-only events throughout the year.
  • Committee Involvement: Get involved in your membership by joining a Chamber committee. Members have the opportunity to join several different committees. Advertising and sponsorship with the Chamber are great ways to get your business in front of Southeast Michigan’s key decision makers. How do I get involved in Chamber committees?

How do I get involved with the Chamber Board of Directors?

Involvement on the Board of Directors is limited to c-suite executives. Recruitment is handled by the Board of Directors. You can submit names to Sandra McGuire at 313.596.0312 or smcguire@detroitchabmer.com for consideration. This process typically takes place in the spring for next year’s elections.

How do I sponsor a Chamber event?

Detroit Regional Chamber events are as diverse as the audiences that attend them. These events reach a wide range of Chamber members, from top regional executives and government leaders to small business owners. Through events, companies gain the opportunity to network with national, statewide and regional leaders, as well as Chamber members.
