Michigan a Top Player in Small Tech
Michigan tied for fifth place in Small Times magazine's annual ranking of small tech. Small Times ranks states based on research, industry, venture capital, innovation, workforce and costs. The magazine cited the strong nanotech presence of the University of Michigan and Wayne State Univeristy, as well as the pioneering dendrimer research conducted by Dendritic NanoTechnologies and Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant.
