By leaning into the unknown and leading from a place of inspiration and purpose, entrepreneurs are showing others what’s possible and forging new paths to fulfill their bold ambitions.
Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) celebrates these ambitious founders and champions them as they share their innovative solutions and become market leaders through the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women™ North America program, now in its 18th year. Applications for the 2025 program are now being accepted through May 9, 2025.
The program has a vibrant global community with more than 1,000 founders in more than 60 countries. Recent entrepreneurs who have participated range from Boarderie’s Rachel Solomon, Femi Secrets Health’s Davielle Jackson, and Grade A Construction, LLC’s Rachelle Reigard.
The 2025 class of founders can include you or someone in your network. To be eligible, applicants must be women business owners who are founding CEOs and majority owners of any privately held company in the U.S. or Canada that has reported at least $2 million in sales during each of the past two fiscal years. If there are multiple women co-founders, they may apply as a group.
Selected participants for the 2025 cohort will be required to attend a two-day orientation, Aug. 18-20 in Nashville, Tennessee, as well as the Strategic Growth Forum US, Nov. 12-15, 2025, in Palm Springs, California.
