DMS was honored at ACG Detroit’s 11th Annual M&A All Star Awards on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham. The annual program recognizes outstanding transactions and the professionals shaping Southeast Michigan’s mergers and acquisitions landscape.
Foster Swift advised DMS throughout all phases of the transaction, including deal structuring, due diligence, negotiation and drafting of acquisition agreements, and buyer side financing arrangements. Through the acquisitions, DMS consolidated these operations under the Voltava brand, creating a unified enterprise positioned for long term growth across global markets.
