During the free webinar, attendees heard from Thomas Hancock, a cognitive scientist, AI innovator, and Senior Manager of AI LLM Technology Architecture at Accenture.
With a doctorate in cognitive and experimental psychology and over 25 years of academic and applied research experience, Hancock applies deep scientific rigor to AI strategy. His expertise is backed by three U.S. patents in AI trust frameworks and more than 100 research presentations and publications. His current work explores how agentic AI systems, or systems that accomplish specific goals with limited supervision, and workforce learning are reshaping organizational strategy and the partnership between humans and AI.
