Apply Now: Racial Equity Cycle Pulse Cohort, Due Aug. 18

July 21, 2023

Equity in the Center (EIC) announced applications are now open for the first Racial Equity Pulse Check Cohort. The program offers business leaders a collaborative and forward-thinking environment to deepen their understanding and implementation of strategies that advance racial justice, giving them the tools and knowledge required to drive racial justice within their own organizations.

What the Program Consists of

Program participants will receive coaching and capacity building support to guide them through the program, as well as assistance developing an action plan based on the results. The cohort consists of virtual cohort retreats, coaching sessions, and an  Awake to Woke to Work®: Building a Race Equity Culture™ workshop, allowing participants’ broader teams to engage with the AWW framework.

Cost to Participate

The program cost ranges depending on a nonprofit’s budget or if a company is for profit. The lowest end of the spectrum is $5,000 for nonprofits with less than $1 million and the highest end is $15,000 to for-profit companies. In order to remove prohibitive barriers to participation and assemble a diverse and inclusive cohort, EIC is offering two scholarships (full or partial, depending on need) for two nonprofit applicants.
