Aaron Slodov

Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Atomic Industries

Aaron Slodov is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Atomic Industries, a Detroit-based AI-driven injection molding manufacturer reinventing how America makes things. Slodov brings a physics and systems engineering background with deep conviction that American industrial decline is a solvable problem. He recognized that AI could fundamentally restructure manufacturing economics and built the technology to prove it.

Atomic serves global-scale OEMs across automotive, industrial, and consumer verticals, as well as startups, from its vertically integrated facilities in Michigan. The company has raised approximately $50 million, including a recent $25 million Series A round led by Point72 Ventures, 8VC, Peter Thiel, Toyota Ventures, Porsche Ventures, Yamaha Motor Ventures, and the University of Michigan.

Beyond Atomic, Slodov founded the Reindustrialize Summit and the New American Industrial Alliance (NAIA), constructing the broader movement infrastructure for American manufacturing’s resurgence. The Summit has become the premier convening for domestic manufacturing; Reindustrialize 3.0, scheduled for June 2026, has been designated an America 250 signature event with Presidential participation in development. NAIA advances reindustrialization policy, bridging industrial operators with Washington policymakers. He is the author of the “Techno-Industrialist Manifesto.”
