Alicia Boler Davis

Chief Executive Officer, Alto Pharmacy

Alicia Boler Davis is the Chief Executive Officer of Alto Pharmacy.

Before Alto, she led global fulfillment as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Fulfillment at Amazon and was a member of the company’s senior team. In this role, she oversaw doubling the company’s fulfillment network capacity. She also led the company’s worldwide network of customer service operations, robotics, technology, sustainability, product assurance, real estate, construction, and procurement organizations.

Alicia started her career at General Motors, where she spent nearly 25 years in manufacturing, product development, customer experience, product quality, and lastly, as Executive Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Labor Relations.

Among other awards and accolades, Boler Davis was named one of Business Insider’s 2018 Most Powerful Female Engineers, Career Communications Group’s 2018 Black Engineer of the Year, and one of Fortune’s 2020 and 2021 Most Powerful Women.

Boler Davis earned a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University, a master’s degree in Engineering Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an MBA from Indiana University, and an honorary doctorate in Engineering from Rensselaer.
