Andy Richards is the Chief Operating Officer of Duncan Aviation. Prior to that, he held the position of Vice President of Completions and Modifications, where he oversaw the Battle Creek paint and interior completions teams and provided on-site support for OEM completions, engineering, and certification in Battle Creek, Michigan.
Andy joined Duncan Aviation in 1997, working as a cabinet shop technician. He spent time leading teams in both cabinet and completions and was promoted to assistant manager of interior completions. In 2008, Andy became involved in Duncan Aviation’s OEM completions program and was promoted to Program Manager one year later.
Andy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Fine Arts degree.
