Anjelica Miller

Manager, Communications, Detroit Regional Chamber

Anjelica Miller is the Communications Manager for the Creative Advisory team at the Detroit Regional Chamber. In this role, she ensures strict adherence to AP and Chamber style standards for nearly all materials produced by the Chamber for its stakeholders, including Chamber members, Board of Directors, industry leaders, and media. She also oversees an intensive editorial process for the Chamber’s daily activities and signature events, including the nationally recognized Mackinac Policy Conference. Miller’s focus is delivering fact-based information with actionable steps to a large regional and statewide audience.

With nearly a decade of professional experience in public relations, Miller has represented numerous highly regarded and bustling Metro Detroit organizations, including the Village of Rochester Hills, Detroit Future City, the Somerset Collection, and the Girl Scouts of Southeastern Michigan. She is also a communications consultant to local entrepreneurs and writers, including children’s author Jill Dudek.

Miller is an active member of the Membership and Web committees at PRSA Detroit.

Miller earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Wayne State University and is working towards her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR).

As a Libra Sun, Miller is passionate about personal style, especially that of The Nanny’s Fran Fine. As an Aquarius Moon, she craves learning more about the world around her through nonfiction books and political discussions. And as a Capricorn Rising, she is an avid and competitive video gamer who enjoys strategy-based games like The Sims and Fallout. Miller lives in Troy with her husband, dog, and cat.
