Arthur Rushin is the Chief Enforcement Officer of the City of Detroit as a Deputy Director in the Building Safety Engineering and Environmental Department (BSEED).
Registered with the State of Michigan as a Building Inspector, his duties include, but are not limited to, code compliance and enforcement functions for subdivisions of residential, commercial, and dangerous buildings. He oversees more than 120 employees.
Rushin has almost 30 years of experience working with City Services. He began his tenure serving in the Detroit Water Department.
