Craig Edsill is president of Clemens Food Group, a 120-year-old family owned business located in Pennsylvania, which produces and processes over 600 million pounds of pork products a year.
Edsill has been with Clemens Food Group for 13 years, serving as vice president of finance, senior vice president of administration and executive vice president. He has over 30 years of experience in the protein/food industry with previous roles with ConAgra Foods, Farmland Foods and Tyson Foods.
Edsill led the Clemens team, in coordination with several family owned farm/hog producers from Michigan, Ohio and Indiana, to the formation of a significant business growth venture to be located in Coldwater, Mich. This $250 million project will be complete in 2017, adding approximately 800 jobs.
