Cynthia Bowman is the Chief Diversity, Inclusion, and Corporate Social Responsibility Officer for Bank of America, serving as the chief strategist leading programs, initiatives, and policies that help drive responsible growth for the company globally.

Bowman is also a member of the Global Human Resources and Chief Administrative Officer leadership teams, leading a team that supports enterprise-wide diversity initiatives, like inclusion learning, measuring diversity metrics, and data reporting.

She is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America – Midwestern Region and The Sphinx Organization Board of Directors.

Bowman has received many honors and awards, including from Forbes, Savoy, Diversity MBA Magazine, Diversity Women Media Magazine, Insider, American Banker, Hive Learning, Crain’s Detroit Business, Black Enterprise, and Ebony.

Bowman earned a Master of Business Administration in Organization Behavior and Operations from Northwestern University, a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science from Spelman College.
