Denise Brooks-Williams is the Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Care Delivery System Operations at Henry Ford Health. In addition to her stewardship of market strategy and hospital operations, she provides system-wide leadership over other critical areas, including ambulatory operations, surgical services, and emergency departments.
Brooks-Williams serves on the boards for Authority Health Board, Broadstone Net Lease, Inc., Detroit Institute of the Arts, Michigan School and Government Credit Union, New Detroit, Teach for America and the National Association of Health Service Executives, W.K. Kellogg Foundation trustees.
Throughout her career, Brooks-Williams has received recognition from the American College of Healthcare Executive Michigan Chapter, Black Detroit Magazine, Michigan Chronicle, Modern Healthcare Magazine, NAHSE, and the University of Michigan.
Brooks-Williams earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in health services administration from the University of Michigan. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
