Hajj Flemings is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of REBRANDX, a Detroit- and Miami-based firm advancing innovation-driven economic development. His work focuses on bringing the innovation economy into Detroit neighborhoods through the REBRAND Project, a strategy designed to revitalize communities by transforming them into tech- and brand-enabled innovation districts.

A nationally recognized brand strategist, speaker, and tech entrepreneur, Flemings travels across the country inspiring organizations and individuals to build, launch, and grow bold ideas. He was featured in CNN’s Black in America 4: The New Promised Land: Silicon Valley, which chronicled his startup journey alongside other entrepreneurs. Flemings founded the Brand Camp Conference and co-founded Student Ventures, expanding access to entrepreneurship and technology education for students. Notable clients include Walt Disney, Pfizer, the Detroit Lions, and the U.S. Department of Defense.
