Jackie Robinson is Senior Vice President of Solutions at Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3), where she leads a global team of approximately 350 consultants across the U.S., Europe (Lithuania), and Asia (Manila). Her primary role is supporting S3’s customers by leading the delivery of solutions and managed services. She sets direction, oversees operations, and drives growth with a clear focus on consistent, customer-centric service. Robinson works closely with leaders and teams across S3 to develop new business and expand service capabilities in ways that better support customers.
Prior to joining S3, Robinson spent much of her career at DTE Energy, where she became known for a leadership style grounded in accountability, service, and continuous improvement. She led large, cross-functional teams delivering digital, analytics, and operational initiatives to improve customer communications, reliability, and responsiveness — particularly during high-impact events such as power outages. Her work strengthened customer trust, improved service outcomes, and helped teams use data and technology more effectively to support communities and frontline operations. She also serves on the Board of Global Ties Detroit.
