Jan Harrington-Davis is the Senior Vice President of Talent Attraction at Corewell Health System.
Before her role at Corewell Health System, Harrington-Davis was Vice President of Talent Acquisition-EEO Diversity and Workforce Solutions at Henry Ford Health System, where she played a pivotal role in executing talent strategies and fostering diversity and inclusivity within the workforce.
Harrington-Davis’s passion for helping underserved communities extends beyond her professional roles. She actively contributes to various organizations and initiatives, including as a board member for Oakland County Workforce Development of Michigan Works and West Michigan Michigan Works. She is also an integral part of the Michigan Workforce Training and Education Collaborative and a member of the West Michigan Regional Council of Inforum.
Harrington Davis is also on the Board of Trustees for the Michigan Health Council and the State of Michigan Department of Education’s Executive Development Committee, as well as a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.
Harrington-Davis earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy. She holds a certification in Labor Relations and is recognized as a Board-Certified Coach.
