Kate Fisher leads global health and wellness strategy at Cummins Inc., a leader in power solutions for multiple industries, with over 70,000 employees worldwide. She has over 20 years of experience leading manufacturing and technology industry health care, wellness, and people-centered benefit and wellness initiatives.
Fisher joined Cummins in May 2020, focusing on creating a strategic culture of health and well-being designed to support and improve the whole health of Cummins’ employees and their families. She previously led global benefits and well-being at Cooper Standard Automotive and spent 16 years at Visteon Corporation, managing and leading global benefits, well-being, and human resource initiatives.
Fisher earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
