Lorne Groe is the Chief Executive Officer of BlueConduit, passionate about BlueConduit’s mission of using AI and data science for good. Over the last ten years, he has successfully scaled three venture-back Ann Arbor SaaS companies.
Before embracing tech startup life, Groe spent ten years in corporate development by acquiring and integrating startups for two public companies, and prior to that, 10 years as a software investment banker in Silicon Valley.
Groe has a unique leadership balance of financial depth with great organizational management. As he has built companies, he has paid careful attention to creating vision, strategy, and strong teams and culture.
Groe is certified in Conscious Capitalism and is a frequent guest lecturer on venture capital at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and College of Engineering. He has shown a devotion to environmental sustainability, DEI, and public health, both professionally and personally.
