Megan Murphy is the Chief Executive Officer of the Superior Health Foundation, where she leads strategic grantmaking, partnerships, and community-driven solutions to strengthen health outcomes across Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. She has two decades of nonprofit and philanthropic experience focused on health, program development, and organizational capacity building.
Prior to joining the Superior Health Foundation, Murphy served as director of community health and capacity building at the Michigan Health Endowment Fund. She has also held roles at Corewell Health and the Dorothy A. Johnson Center for Philanthropy.
Murphy is a passionate advocate for rural health and ensuring nonprofit organizations have the tools, resources, and partnerships necessary to advance their missions and create lasting impact.
Murphy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and International Relations from Grand Valley State University and a Master of Public Administration from Western Michigan University.
