Roderick Hardamon is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Strategist of URGE Imprint, an integrated boutique management consulting firm headquartered in Detroit. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of URGE Development Group, a real estate development firm focused on systemic change in urban communities through creative place keeping and placemaking.
A Detroit native, Hardamon leverages his over twenty years of experience in strategy, business innovation, mergers and acquisitions, diversity and inclusion, educational consultation, fundraising, capital markets, and operational transformation to support the needs of each client called into partnership with the firm.
Hardamon has served on several boards, including The Council of Urban Professionals as Chair Emeritus, Detroit Developers Roundtable, Boys and Girls Club of Southeastern Michigan, and as a founding member of the Dean’s Advisory Council for Morehouse College Business Department.
An accomplished author, Hardamon has been a guest lecturer and speaker at Harvard Business School, the University of Michigan, the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, Morehouse College, and numerous other institutions and civic organizations.
