Sarah Hubbard is the Principal of Acuitas and is known as one of the leading legislative strategists working in Michigan government relations. one of the leading legislative strategists. Her collaborative approach to tough client challenges and a wide network of nonprofit and business contacts provide clients access to much more than her knowledge and understanding of the legislative process.

Before joining Acuitas, Hubbard led advocacy efforts at the Detroit Regional Chamber for 17 years and spent three years as a Legislative Assistant for former State Rep. Willis C. Bullard Jr. (R–Highland Township).

Hubbard serves as the Chair of the University of Michigan’s Board of Regents. She has been recognized in Inside Michigan Politics and as a Crain’s Detroit Business “40 Under 40” and “Woman to Watch.”

Hubbard received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, a Master of Public Administration from Western Michigan University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
