She consults with businesses of all sizes to design inclusive family benefits that attract and retain top talent, reduce healthcare costs, and demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Before joining Maven Clinic, Holzwarth spent 15 years as an educator and social impact leader, focusing on upskilling communities through education.
Holzwarth earned her Master of Education from Lipscomb University.
