Steve Friess is a veteran freelance journalist whose work appears regularly in The New York Times, Time, and many others. He also writes the free weekly e-newsletter a2view for the Ann Arbor Observer. Friess was a 2011-12 Knight-Wallace fellow at the University of Michigan.
