Tricia Keith is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM).
With nearly two decades at BCBSM in senior leadership roles, Keith focuses on driving innovation, enhancing affordability, and reinforcing the company’s role as a trusted partner in improving health care outcomes. Under her leadership, BCBSM continues to expand its market reach, advance member-focused solutions, and strengthen its commitment to the communities it serves.
Keith serves on several industry and community boards, including AmeriHealth Caritas, the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, AHIP, BCS Financial Corporation, the National Institute for Health Care Management, Business Leaders for Michigan, and the Detroit Economic Club.
Keith was named by Crain’s Detroit Business in 2016 and 2021 among its Top 100 Influential Women in Michigan and received the 2010 Crain’s Detroit Business’ 40 Under 40 award and the 2012 National Management Association Executive of the Year.
Keith earned a Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University and a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University.
